The domain, intellectual property and underlying network assets are owned and stewarded by Local Internet Holdings.

The platform and its participating digital experiences are developed and operated by Local Internet Group.

Together, these organizations are building shared infrastructure through which Business Records, Location Records and local information can be created once, maintained as structured records and published intelligently across eligible digital surfaces.

The objective is not to operate these properties as disconnected websites. It is to develop an interconnected network in which businesses, locations, articles, offers, events and other local information can move through shared infrastructure while maintaining the distinct identity and purpose of each participating surface.
